Yhdistys-välilehdeltä voit tarkistaa, ketkä ovat nykyisen hallituksen puheenjohtajisto sekä yhdenvertaisuusvastaavat eli keille viestisi ohjautuu.

On this page you will find two forms. The harassment form can be used to contact our equality officers and the general form can be used to contact our board. The boards form will be seen by our chair and our vice chair. You can use the “yhdistys” section to see who the board members are.

Tällä lomakkeella voit jättää viestin I/O-Speksin yhdenvertaisuusvastaaville niin nimellä kuin anonyyminä. Ilmoitukset ohjautuvat yhdenvertaisuusvastaavien sähköposteihin, ja ne käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Mikäli yhteydenottoasi käsitellään muiden henkilöiden, kuten esimerkiksi hallituksen jäsenien kanssa, kysymme aina ensiksi sinun lupaasi, jos olet jättänyt yhteystietosi. Mikäli haluat vastauksen, mainitsethan siitä viestissäsi sekä kirjoitat lomakkeelle yhteystietosi. Huomioithan, että anonyymeihin yhteydenottoihin voimme reagoida vain yleisellä tasolla.

This form can be used to leave a message for I/O-Speksi’s equality officers. The messages are directed to the equality officers’ emails and will be handled with confidentiality. You can use your name or remain anonymous. If your message is handled with other people such as our board members we will always ask for your permission if you have left your contact information. If you would like a response, please mention it separately in your message and write your contact information on the form. Please note that we can react to anonymous contacts only on a general level.

Palautelomake hallitukselle / Feedback for the board

Tällä lomakkeella voit jättää palautetta I/O-Speksin hallitukselle. Viestisi voi koskea mitä tahansa I/O-Speksiin liittyvää asiaa. Voit jättää palautteesi nimettömänä, jos et toivo vastausta viestiisi. Mikäli haluat vastauksen, mainitsethan siitä viestissäsi sekä jätät meille yhteystietosi. Voit myös jättää viestisi nimellä, vaikka et toivoisi yhteydenottoa. Ilmoitukset ohjautuvat puheenjohtajan ja varapuheenjohtajan sähköposteihin, ja ne käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Puheenjohtajisto päättää palautteen käsittelyn jatkamisesta, ja he voivat ottaa asian esille esimerkiksi yhdistyksen kokouksissa tai hallituksen Whatsapp-ryhmässä palautteen luonne ja kiireellisyys huomioiden. This form can be used to give feedback for I/O-Speksis board. Your message can be related to anything regarding I/O-Speksi. You can leave the feedback anonymously if you don’t want a response. Incase you would like a response, please mention it in your message and leave your contact information with us. You can leave a message with your name even if you don’t want to be contacted. The feedback will be guided to the emails of our chair and vice chair and they will be handled confidentially. The chairs will decide how to handle the feedback and they can bring the topic up in the boards meetings or in the boards Whatsapp group depending on the issue.
